Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

God left no room for misunderstanding. The church is here on the earth to share the gospel of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus the Christ and eternal life only through faith in Him, and make disciples of those who respond to the gospel in all nations (Matt. 28:19-20; I Cor. 15:1-4; John 14:6). PVBC is actively involved in doing that at home and abroad. From Alaska to Bolivia and from Edinburg and Laredo, Texas to the Philippines we support missionaries who are taking the gospel where people have not heard its life giving, life changing truth.  In addition, we support the Gideons taking God's Word all throughout our nation and beyond as well as Texas Baptist Home who saves lives through crisis pregnancy counseling and connecting babies with Christian families who will love them and lead them to Christ.

Elijah & Jessica Windle

The Windles serve the Lord at Rio Grande Bible Ministries where Elijah is the Practical Ministries Director and  Jessica is teaching and discipling 6 growing children. 
Walter & Cheryl Spicer

The Spicers serve our Lord at Faith Academy, Manila, Philippines. Walter is the Middle School Administrator. They serve the Lord with ETHNOS 360.  
Carolyn Waldrop

Carolyn Waldrop  is the cofounder of UnBordered Ministries in Laredo, Tx.  (which her and her late husband Bill founded together) which she runs along with her daughter, granddaughter and her granddaughter's husband. She and her family are involved in soul winning, church planting, teaching ladies, teens, and youth, as well  as, lodging missionaries, distributing Bible and tracts, and working with other ministries to spread the gospel in Laredo and into Mexico. 
The Gideons International:  Hill County Camp

Gideons are Christian business and professional men called to win others for Jesus as they strengthen one another, spread the Gospel, and share God’s Word in unique areas.  For those on mission to spread the Gospel, the Gideons International is an evangelical association that equips and mobilizes Christian business and professional men, along with their wives, to share God’s Word, winning others for Jesus Christ worldwide.  In addition to their well-known hotel room Bibles, members of The Gideons International also distribute Bibles to members of the military of various countries, to hospitals, nursing homes, prisons and students. 
Steve  & Becky Cochrane

The Cochranes serve the Lord at Echo Ranch Bible Camp in Alaska.  They are reaching the unreached  through gospel centered, Bible teaching, and interactive camps .  They serve with Avant Ministries.

The  Richards serve the Lord as a part of BMA Global. Sean is Director of Mobilization for the Baptist Missionary Association based in Conway, Arkansas.
Texas Baptist Home for Children : Foster Care and Adoption

Texas Baptist Home is located in Waxahachie, Texas. TBHC believes the family is a beautiful picture to our world from God about how He loves and cares for each of us. The family is a love story that is sent straight from Heaven and it is our Christian responsibility to see to it that this story never dies. He has called the staff, supporters and volunteers of Children with TBHC for Children to fight for the preservation of the sanctity of the family.
Hebron

Seminario Teologico Hebron, or Hebron Theological Seminary is the leading evangelical seminary in Bolivia, South American and draws students from all over South America and beyond. Hebron offers theological, biblical, and practical ministry training for the local  church. They have both residential and distance learning.  Offering certificate programs, as well as undergraduate and graduate degrees. 
Let us not ever let our missionaries think because they are out of sight, that they are also out of our minds and prayers. Take time today to write them and send them encouraging words. Ask them questions about their ministry. Get to know them personally through correspondence.
