“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” Heb. 12:1
From young to old we have a wonderful time of fellowship running together. We run both trail runs and road races. It keeps us healthy and is a great time to love, encourage and fellowship together. Races are a great opportunity to encourage everyone along the trail or road, like in the race of life. We all need that. It also is excellent for keeping our "temple" in shape and healthy.
